Vietnamese and international tourists are invited to share your beautiful photos about nature, culture, people and tourism related to Quang Ninh Province.
The photo contest aims to promote the image of the country, people, culture, tourism of Quang Ninh Province to domestic and international tourists. The contest entitled “The beautiful photos of Quang Ninh tourism 2017” is being organized by Quang Ninh Tourism Promotion Information Center The theme will focus on “Traveling” all entries must be captured in Quang Ninh Province, and sent in “.jpg” format, from 4.0 Mb or more. Some other requirements about the photos:
– Contest photos are single photos (photos albums are not accepted); Unlimited contestants.
– Only the original photo will be accepted. Do not use techniques or software to change the original image.
– Photos do not violate the law and copyright laws
The Organizing Board is entitled to use winning and non-winning photos for the purposes of marketing and promotion of Quang Ninh Tourism on tourist publications and exhibitions at domestic and international tourist sites (not to receive royalties).
The entrants should send the photo via email: [email protected] along with your name, contact information and photo ideas (no more than 150 words).
All of valid photos will be published at the official fanpage www.facebook.com/Thông-Tin-Du-Lịch-Quảng-Ninh where a 9-round vote will take place. The contest will have 5 prizes for 5 photos, including a cash prize and a free tour in Halong. A prize for the luckiest spectator who participates in the voting process will be selected by the random.org system.
The contest results will be calculated on 100 points, with 70 points awarded based on the number of likes (on Facebook) and the remaining 30 points decided by the voters and the judging panel.
Regulations about contest time:
– The contest will last from 15 June to 15 November, 2017
– Contest has 9 knockout rounds and are divided into 15 days/ round. In each round 3 selected photos will make it to the final.
– The final round will be held from st November to 14th November, 2017.
– Announcement of the results and award ceremony on 15 November, 2017
The winner will be invited to participate in domestic and international tourism promotion events with the participation of the Organizing Board between 15 November, 2017 to 15 November, 2018.
